It depends. Each tool has its learning curve. Some platforms have zero learning curves, while others have a pretty steep learning curve.
However, thousands of paid/free tutorials, forums, and videos are around. (We've already put together tools, communities, courses, and more for you in these docs.)
There is no tool that you won't learn with a bit of effort and persistence.
Let me give a small example of myself.
When I met Bubble, I entered a world I knew nothing about with a poor level of English. Bubble's documentation was deplorable, and the number of videos shared by members of the community was very few. (I have to point out that a great community has been waiting on the forum to respond.).
That's why I was having a hard time learning.
But I never gave up; if I found a similar solution to a problem in a template, I would download that template and examine it one by one, trying to understand how they did it.
Thanks to this stubbornness, I can now call myself a Bubble expert.
Even if the learning curve of the tool you want to use is steep, it's a question of how much you want to learn it.
I'm sure you can dominate that tool after putting in the effort.
